Corporate Social Responsibility

How Afrolongevity delivers social, environmental and ethical value across everything we do.

Our Commitment

Responsibility built into our mission

As a nonprofit dedicated to healthy longevity in Africa, social responsibility is inseparable from our mission. We are committed to operating ethically, serving communities, protecting the environment and holding ourselves accountable to the people and partners we work with.

Community Health & Education

We deliver free and low-cost education, public awareness and outreach on healthy aging, disease prevention and wellbeing, prioritising underserved communities across Africa.

Environmental Sustainability & Biodiversity

We treat Africa's biodiversity as a shared asset. Our programs promote conservation, responsible use of natural resources, and research that respects ecosystems and endangered species.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We build programs, leadership and partnerships that reflect Africa's diversity, and we work to ensure equitable access to longevity education and opportunity regardless of gender, background or means.

Ethical Research & Innovation

We uphold rigorous research ethics, informed consent, data protection and benefit-sharing, ensuring African communities share in the value created by research conducted with them.

Capacity Building

We invest in the next generation of African scientists, clinicians and entrepreneurs through mentorship, training, chapters and the Research Unit.

Governance & Accountability

We operate transparently as a subsidiary initiative of TAFFD's, with responsible stewardship of donations and clear reporting to our partners and community.

Sustainable Development

Aligned with global goals

Our work supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, in particular Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3), Quality Education (SDG 4), Gender Equality (SDG 5), Life on Land (SDG 15) and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17).
